RECREACIONS GASTRONÒMIQUES Productes alimentaris històrics que permeten reconstruir les sensacions dels nostres avantpassats. Càterings i degustacions amb reproducció de vaixella i ambientació de diverses èpoques històriques. DIVULGACIÓ Organització d'esdeveniments, xerrades-degustació, tallers, seminaris, etc.. INVESTIGACIÓ Estudis en gastronomia històrica i alimentació antiga.

PROJECTES HISTÒRICS I CULTURALS

GESTIÓ Projectes per a equipaments patrimonials i turisme cultural. Comissariat i muntatge d’exposicions. Organització de jornades culturals, conferències i seminaris. DIVULGACIÓ Tallers i activitats al voltant del patrimoni des d’una vessant lúdica i didàctica, amb la participació de tots els sentits. Documentació i story-boards per a mitjans de comunicació i cinema. Venda de productes a fires històriques. INVESTIGACIÓ Documentació, estudis, informes, inventaris i catalogació del patrimoni cultural. Excavacions i documentacions arqueològiques.
